FISHING RULES
(NOT TRANSFERRABLE)
We reserve the right to refuse service or change rules and prices. As part of the consideration of the sale and purchase of this permit, the purchaser agrees that Rainbow Lakes will not be responsible for accidents or injury of any kind that befalls said purchaser while at the Lakes or to or from the Lakes.
RULES
No illegal drugs
No sex offenders
No disorderly conduct/disruptive conduct
No refunds or rain checks
No trotlines, snagging or cast nets
No treble hooks, steel leaders or fish stringers
Pets on leash at all times – Aggressiveness NOT tolerated
Limit 2 poles
Fish in front of you and to the middle of the lake
No glass bottles – Pick up your trash
Speed limit 8mph – Parallel Parking Only
All fish are catch and release – except 5 Trout
Use nets on all fish

To leave lake and return, permit must be signed and left a bait house.
May leave only once.
ANY VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED
NO SWIMMING.

WAIVER

By signing this waiver I understand that participating in fishing and other activities at Rainbow Lakes may incur risks. I agree to hold Rainbow Lakes and its affiliates harmless of any claims, damage, injury, or death.
